Saw Regina Spektor last night. She was absolutely brilliant!! I bought my GF tickets as a surprise for her, I woldn't normally have gone on my own accord, but I may go next time she's in town. Definitely one of the best shows I've ever been to. She's unspeakably talented, and rediculously cute, and just lots of fun.

i saw Maps and Loney, Dear last week. Loney, Dear were good but Maps were really really fine... their encore of their debut single was absolutely brilliant

more brilliant was "Broken Social Scene Presents Kevin Drew" on friday night... Emily haines showed up and they played a bunch of classics. Massive singalong ending. Absolutely stunning

Then 4 days later is the Big Day Out festival with Arcade Fire, Rage Against the Machine and LCD Soundsystem.

Then about a month afterwards is Interpol - 19/2 @ Brisbane Convention Centre (if i can get tickets)

today i found out that it isnovember already. I read a notice on facebook saying "Arcade fire nov 5th", I had completely forgot all about it. I have tickets though, had them for months. I like it when I forget nice stuff and find out about them again, its twice as fun.
