It has...and unlike the new Porno's album, I believe it can be pretty easily obtained through your avenue of choice. I'm not a die-hard Liars fan, so my opinion won't mean too much. Sailing to Byzantium seems to be the song getting the most buzz, and to my ears it's much more accessible than anything off of drums not dead.

Yeah it's out there, it's decent, I'm not a huge Liars fan but found Drum's and They Threw Us All in a Trench... to be pretty enjoyable albums.
Also, the new New Pornos is now oinkable, woo.
Now playing: Ryan Adams - Easy Tiger I love RA, and this album is superb, excellent songwriting.

I'm also a big fan, although I've found his latest works a bit dull (Jacksonville, Cold Roses & 29). I loved Love Is Hell, and of course Gold, Demolition and Heartbreaker... but tell me what's the new one like?

Currently being blown away by The Snake, The Cross, The Crown - Cotton Teeth

In my working on a new song, but I'm stuck so I'm basically just listening to it over and over again... it's starting to grow kind of old on me.

I have the same feeling towards Icky Thump as I had their last two albums -- some really nice single-type songs, but the album as a whole is a bit difficult to listen to from front-to-back. It's not necessarily a knock on the effort, but by the end of 30 minutes or so of in-your-face Jack White, I get a bit tired (ie, I go back to Boxer). I really admire them though, and there are definitely songs worth going back to on this album.
Currently checking out Parts & Labor- Mapmaker

'Whats a girl to do' by Bat for Lashes - really intruiging video.
Charles Mingus - The Black Saint & The Sinner Lady. Currently listening to 'Group Dancers.'

Challengers - TNP - a bit of a letdown so far. Not sure what happened here.
Easy Tiger - RA - better for me than last two, but not even as good as Cold Roses, maybe? He has gone downhill a bit for me in the last few years, but Easy Tiger seems a small step back up. I prefer Love is Hell and all that came before it.
MPPA EP was not up to their standards, either. Hope full album is better.
Wow, it's like everyone has let me down except The National.
Still have high hopes for new Stars record in the fall.
Others I am waiting/looking for this year (anyone know if avail yet?): The Wrens. Jose Gonzalez. Doves. The Go! Team. Postal Service. Leona Naess.
Locally: The Few Nice Words. Halloween, Alaska. Love-cars.
