Now that I actually bought In Rainbows (I skipped the pre-order frenzy and bought the CD the other day when it came out in stores, plus I just needed to start using some of my Borders gift cards from Christmas). I feel like this topic could get very interesting.

So we now have Pablo Honey, The Bends, OK Computer, Kid A, Amnesiac, Hail To The Thief and In Rainbows. Put them in order from your favorite to least favorite. I am going to put a lot of thought into my order so I will not be posting it right now.

Give or take. It's very rare that a band's debut is my least favourite of their albums. The only other ones I can think of are The National and The Waterboys.

OK Computer (I seem to be the only Radiohead fan on earth who doesn't like this album, apart from Let Down, which I do love. In fact, I thought I hated Radiohead for a long time because I had only heard this album and "Creep" and refused to listen to anything else of theirs...) I'm over it now, thankfully.
What about the live album?

1. The Bends, easily. Best album by any band/artist over the last 20 years.

#3 through #6 are all pretty close in my mind. Amnesiac is probably the weakest as a whole but I just love Packt Like Sardines and I Might Be Wrong so much.

even for just Like Spinning Plates and True Love Waits it's a must have, Rosemary.

Oh yeah, I've got it (True Love Waits alone is worth the price), just wondering if we should include it.

i hate Hail To The Thief. i always have. which is strange because i love Radiohead..and find them to be the most important band of the last 20 years. But everytime i hear that record on...i cringe. i dont like how it sounds...how it was mixed..and theres only about 3 songs on it that i like. its hard to beleive it was recorded in sunny California. maybe that was the problem.

also.... i would put the AIRBAG/HOWS MY DRIVING? E.P. as an honorable mention between numbers 4 and 5. "Palo Alto" and "Polyethelene" are fantastic songs.
