Hi, first of all I'd like to thank everyone on this thread for helping satiate my need for new (to me) songs and recordings of the National. As the newest member here I will do everything I can to spread the "love".

Anyway, I know that early live recordings of the National are hard to come by, but I'll ask anyway. Does anyone here have anything from 2001-2004 hidden in the deep recesses of their hard drive that they'd be willing to let out? Thank you in advance.

P.S. Any radio sessions or, dare I hope, unreleased song demos not already posted in this thread would be just perfect. Thanks.

anyone have an mp3 of Fake Empire from the letterman show?

does anyone have an mp3 (or other format) of the broadcast audio, as opposed to audio ripped from the massively compressed youtube video?

also, if you have not listened to the BAM show i suggest you get on that. it is wonderful (huge thanks to nyctaper). I really really hope they recorded this on a mobile studio and decide to release it at some point in the future.
