Oh excellent! Klagg, you're a man among men...well, and women.

while i did have most of this stuff, it is really nice of everyone to pool their collective national collections. it would have been helpful for me last summer when i spent my afternoons trying to find everything i could.

i've got some vinyl rips of "virginia" and "keep it up stairs" if anyone needs them.

i am interested in this alternate version of "wasp nest."

I've just bought the Hospital Radio cd that this appears on. It should be with me some time next week and if it hasn't appeared on here by then i'll add it to this link.

On my iTunes it says it is from 2000, but I'm not sure how reliable that was. I didn't just make it up, mind you. I think it was available from American Mary in 2004 as a free download so I would have thought the year labelling would be accurate, coming from the band themselves.

Thanks for that. Did a bit of digging myself and came across the brassland.org website, who have an MP3 download listed as "unreleased track, Posted 11/01"

Interesting!

Does anyone know how to save the Vincent Moon videos as audio files? I love the acoustic Start A War.

Klagg,

Is the May 7, 2007 show correct? When I imported it into iTunes, in the comments section, it reads May 8th.

hey -- i posted that show originally so if it is the same link that i posted then the dates in the comments field are correct. you could also crosscheck it against the setlist thread since the setlists were different on the two nights. Nevermind i'll do it ... The May 7th show has Fake Empire while the May 8th show does not.

huge thanks to Klagg for starting this thread.

Thanks. Is this the fastest, most efficient, clean and friendly band message board ever or what? Wow. Way to go. Now how quickly might tonight's show be made available by someone? It's nice when the band you love intersects with quality fans.

My first post here, second time viewing. Just wanted to say thanks for this forum and especially for these posts. Some awesome stuff here. Was hoping someone caught and recorded the WXPN show yesterday, I forgot about it until this morning.

perpetualheadwinds- 06-21-2007
I listened to the XPN show online, but the connection kept breaking. I missed the interviews. sad.gif

The web site (http://www.wxpn.org, click to World Cafe) says that shows can be downloaded as podcasts some time after the show. I plan to keep checking back.

I work just a few blocks away from where they were performing, which felt kinda weird.
