Yeah that's what I was going for. Plus "off topic" is just boring. Now I'm working on changing Unrelated Sounds. I keep coming back to "Throw from your window your record collection" but that isn't going to fit.

Hmmm, I've been brainstorming (i.e. scanning through the complete lyrics thread), and the references to listening or music that I found are:
Finding the perfect song - Perfect Song Headphones and a sleeping mask - John's Star Nothing like the sound I (/they) make - Lit Up Throw from your window your record collection - Looking For Astronauts Son, I've been hearing good things - Baby, We'll Be Fine I've got two sets of headphones, I miss you like hell - Friend Of Mine Hold ourselves together with our arms around the stereo for hours - Apartment Story You went in and put a record on, to make it sound like someone was home - You've Done It Again, Virginia Somebody bring me the head of a love song - Slow Show (Demo)
However, none of those are amazingly catchy, so personally I'd either go for: Two Sets Of Headphones (because then it's like we have a set of headphones for the National, and one for other bands) OR Guest Room (because then that forum is like the 'guest room' for other bands here on the National forum).

"Two Sets of Headphones" also could mean one set for the person posting and one set for the person reading, which I like.

Hey allanson, I hadn't noticed before but fantastic signature. That was my favorite song in 2006 for a LONG time.

I didn't get into The Hold Steady until last summer, where 'Boys and Girls In America' will always be the definition of that particular summer.
I'll probably change it to 'When they kiss they spit white noise' sometime in the future.
