Hello all. I've lurked here a bit but I must start discussing.

Full disclosure: I am a total newbie and I'll try my best not to bring up redundant topics etc...

I've been into indie-rock type stuff forever and I receive a number of publications but have somehow missed out on The National until recently.

Holy Christ are they a good band.

Here's where I will offend some of the vets. I only know Boxer and Alligator. Both excellent.

I will soon get their older stuff.

Anyhow, just wanted to announce my arrival. Feel free to praise/ridicule/ignore as you see fit.
