It isn't that I think the outcome of the Man UTD v. Chelsea game would have been any different. Its just out of all the major calls the Ref made...he got them all wrong. There was a penalty against Evra I believe. Cole should have been off not Mikel...Rooney got the yellow for the wrong challenge. it was just all over the place and a Premier League game shouldn't have so many bad calls in it. In my opinion.

Who here would be surprised if we drew with Estonia? It would be just like England, and also wouldn't be too surprising if McClaren recalled Lampard and said the partnership with Gerrard worked, and we should play the smallest strikers we have and play a long ball game to them.

Sorry to be pessimistic but you know how it goes. Actually I'm sure we'll make it by the skin of our teeth. Would be nice if Scotland made it as well. That would be a fantastic achievement.

I'm English but lived for a few years in Scotland. I can honestly say I'm more gutted for Scotland than England, because Scotland had a far harder group and deserved more, whereas England don't deserve anything. I'm more disgusted with them than disappointed.

It will be weird watching a major tournament without England, and it will be the first one in my life. I was living in Alaska during World Cup 1994, and didn't even realise it was going on! Congratulations to Croatia though. They played great.
