These knobheads don't send tickets out after they're purchased and then they don't answer e-mails and now they won't answer the phone. If they don't pull the finger out I'm gonna have to go to the Belfast show on Wednesday and buy two more tickets!!!! The twats!!!

So....after another full day of not answering their phones they finally e-mailed me this morning to say I can get my tickets at the box office.

seetickets are now sending my tickets direct to the venue because they seem not to have bothered to print them and put them in the post to me. beautiful.

Yeah they are shit.

I use seetickets too. Never had any problems.
