British Sea Power's one of my favorite bands, so of course I will buy their new cd when it comes out but I heard it leaked recently, and I'm dying to hear it.

its a pretty fine record, i love this band so so much. I dont know if its as good as The Decline Of British Sea Power but i#ve only had it since friday so!

cant wait to see them again in January! i think it'll be the 5th time or something - they are so, so good live!

First discovered this band through their 'Open Season' Lp.

Just giving the new album my first listen just now.

Sadly unappreciated & ignored band, excellent record.

i just got in from seeing BSP again. I've seen them over the years (04/05/05/07/tonight) and it was simply stunning. They played all the fine cuts off the new record and the big bits sounded unbelievable. The Great Skua was simply stunning, as were Lights Out, No Lucifer (with a massive crowd chant of EASY!EASY!EASY!EASY!).

And i cant begin to explain how insane the encore was. The bear. Superheroes. Climbing over the walls. etc.

great great great stuff. I can't believe they're still playing such small venues, even over here. A must see live band. and if you've seen them before, do it again.

They're a band I should check out eventually. All these internet things like last.fm and pandora seem to think I'd like them.

In a case serious curiosity i downloaded their latest and this really sounds intriguing.
