I know there are a lot of fans of it here, me being at the forefront. About time CYE got its own thread. I know own every season on DVD besides the new one that hasn't came out yet.
I just rewatched season 4, the episodes I had seen the least. CLASSIC! The conversation with the doctor about using the doctor's phone is one of my all-time favorite Curb moments. The conversation about giving up the script and how the surrogate handled it in The Surrogate was simply brilliant. The survivors (one of the Holocaust and one of the TV show) arguing at dinner. Stephen Colbert's guest appearance in the finale as the angry tourist is also simply priceless. YOU ... WILL ... FAIL.
And these are just to name a few. I could talk about great Curb moments all day. Season 4 now really makes me rethink the order of my favorite seasons. I adore 2 and 3, 4 makes a case for the best now as well.
The best thing you can do with $30 is to go out and buy a season of CYE, guaranteed!

I've only watched series one. But I told everyone I liked it so much that since Christmas I now own series 1-5. I'm working my way through them and I'll have to get back to you about the episodes you mention because I'm not there yet! But great show.

I really started to worry about this show after an up-and-down season season five and a truly horrendous episode early in season six. But the last 3/4 of season six was amazing, and I give all the credit to Leon. Black man doin' his MF'in' thing, baby! You feel me?

Yeah I only saw the first few episodes of season six (I no longer have HBO) that I luckily caught before they were pulled from YouTube. My friend said the last episodes were some of the best Curb yet. Can't wait.
